Western Michigan football coach P.J. Fleck has earned a quick reputation as one of the up-and-coming head coaches in college football. A lot of it comes from his ability to recruit well and to be relatable to his players.

Sure, being just 35 years old helps in that last category but so does his personality and high energy.

Apparently, we also need to include his willingness to let it all go on stage.

Fleck and the Western Michigan coaching staff recently got up on stage at a House of Blues event in Chicago and had themselves a good old-fashioned dance off. Let’s just say Fleck has some moves…

Yes, that is Fleck even working in the worm for the win.

However, we have to downgrade him on points because it appears he dipped in to the well a bit too much. See, there’s a video of him pulling off some similar moves during his NFL days as a member of the San Francisco 49ers.

Time for the 35-year-old to get some new material? Or will kids see this and fall in love with a coach willing to put himself out there like that in public?

It seems as if the latter is working well at the moment, as Fleck and Co. are regularly snatching up the best recruiting classes in the MAC.
