The Las Vegas Raiders’ offensive struggles have been well documented, especially after a Monday night win over the Green Bay Packers that saw wide receiver Davante Adams only catch four passes for 45 yards and no touchdowns.

New York Jets QB Aaron Rodgers offered his two cents on the subject on The Pat McAfee Show and offered some sound advice to Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo: Just keep trying to get the ball to Adams.

“Davante is always open. That’s the facts,” Rodgers stated. “He’s got an incredible skill set. He’s got the range. He’s got ball skills. He can create separation. He’s the best in the league at late hands. So you’ve just got to stick with him.”

For years Rodgers and Adams were a deadly combination when they both played for the Green Bay Packers, so he knows of what he speaks but the Raiders’ offense doesn’t have that many playmakers on offense other than Adams and running back Josh Jacobs. Rodgers thinks Jimmy G not looking Adams’ way is definitely becoming an issue.

“I love Davante. He’s still a dear friend of mine,” Rodgers said. “I thought he handled everything really, really well, because that game meant a lot to him. Going back against your former team. Four targets. That ain’t it.”
