Antonio Brown has not played in the NFL since 2021 after he abruptly quit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers team in the middle of a game and he’s since been the subject of many unsavory headlines and legal battles. But it appears that none of that has stopped him from suggesting that the Pittsburgh Steelers give him one more shot.

The Pittsburgh Steelers had a lackluster offensive showing during their season opener against the San Francisco 49ers this week, failing to convert a single first down on their first five drives and ultimately scoring just one touchdown in the game. And it sounds like Antonio Brown thinks that he can help.

Following the team’s brutal performance on offense this week, Brown took to Twitter to suggest that he could make his return to the NFL and help the Steelers on offense.

“Heard the Steelers need a WR,” Brown said in a tweet on Monday afternoon.

“Hear Me Out,” Brown said in a subsequent tweet along with a photo of himself celebrating a touchdown in a Pittsburgh Steelers uniform.

Obviously, this suggestion from Brown led to all sorts of reactions from the NFL world on Twitter.

The Steelers will obviously not entertain this suggestion, but it’s interesting nonetheless.
