It’s safe to say that Thursday was not a good week for Dallas Cowboys star cornerback Trevon Diggs. The star corner suffered an ACL injury during practice that will keep him out for the entire remainder of the 2023 NFL season. But making matters worse, the devastating injury also kept Diggs from enjoying something that he’d been anticipating for a long time: a Beyoncé concert.
According to a report from longtime Dallas Cowboys beat writer Clarence Hill Jr., Stefon Diggs was planning to attend Thursday night’s Beyoncé concert in celebration of his birthday and even had a special outfit planned.
“Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs had planned on going to the Beyoncé concert tonight @ATTStadium. He bought a suite to celebrate his birthday. He had a silver outfit prepared to wear. Now he can’t go,” Hill wrote on X, the social media website formerly known as Twitter.

In an absolutely brutal turn of events, Diggs instead spent Thursday night in the hospital with a devastating knee injury. It was a tough night for Diggs, and people had plenty to say about it on social media.
He can attend still if he wants.
