The concerning situation around Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Chandler Jones took a very disturbing turn on Thursday. Jones lately appears to be dealing with a lot of personal issues, and it’s quite obvious his issues are starting to control his mental state. The former Super Bowl champion went on a rant on social media against his head coach Josh McDaniels. Jones made disturbing and wild claims about McDaniels’s involvement with Aaron Hernazdez’s death.

“Y’all don’t know what Josh McDaniels really did to Aaron Hernandez. … Y’all thought Aaron Hernandez killed himself in jail,” Jones said, breaking down and then cutting off the stream.

Hernandez, who was convicted of murder, hanged himself in prison. Jones admitted recently he was involuntarily committed to a mental health facility.

But Jones wasn’t finished with his outrageous claims. He also says former Arizona Cardinals teammate Larry Fitzgerald is being controlled.

“I think it’s these owners,” Jones said. “I don’t know what’s going on. Larry, whatever **** he got going on, he’s being controlled by somebody. And I think whenever (racial slur) retire — Larry, Tom Brady, Kobe Bryant — whenever they retire from what they are doing, something happens to them somehow.”

It seems as if Jones is having some kind of mental breakdown which explains why the team is so concerned about his mental well-being. And it seems they were justified with their concerns. Hopefully, he can get the help that he deserves.
