The Cincinnati Bengals may have won on Sunday afternoon, completing a 17-14 victory over the Seattle Seahawks, but the doesn’t mean that everyone involved with the win was necessarily happy about the performance. Offensive coordinator Brian Callahan, in particular, was absolutely furious at the way his team performed on Sunday.

During his press conference this week, Brian Callahan made it very clear that he was not happy with his team’s performance despite the win, saying “nobody coaching, nobody playing, has met our standard.”

“I was on my couch last night watching on my iPad just fuming,” Callahan said according to James Rapien of Sports Illustrated. “We have too many good coaches, too many good players to not play to our standard we have set for ourselves.”

The Bengals started out the game strong on the offensive side of the ball, scoring touchdowns on each of their first two possessions. But the offense seemed to go cold from that point as Cincinnati scored just three points over their final eight possessions of the game.

Cincinnati was still able to get the victory on Sunday thanks to a strong performance from the Bengals defense, but the offense will have to be much better in the future.
