Dak Prescott

Jerry Jones is not the only Dallas Cowboy facing legal troubles, Dak Prescott has been accused of assault by a woman who says the incident took place in Dallas back in 2017.

According to CNN, the woman alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Prescott while the two traveled in a black SUV towards a Dallas-area strip club. According to the complaint, Prescott allegedly exposed himself to the woman, and when she refused the advances, he proceeded to use physical force and raped her.

Prescott denied the allegations and has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the woman for extortion.

Prescott’s attorney Levi McCathern released a statement concerning the lawsuit.

“The timing is important here,” McCathern said in a statement to the cable news network. “The extortion investigation began first. She didn’t go to any law enforcement for over 7 years. But once they (attorneys and the accuser) become aware that the $100,000,000 extortion plot has failed and that they are the subject of a criminal investigation they, for the first time, file a police report in a different jurisdiction.”

Last week, Prescott filed his own petition against his accuser for the same amount. Prescott’s lawyer also said that the woman told a third party that she would not file charges against the QB if she was compensated.

Police are now investigating the extortion claims by Prescott.
