The Las Vegas Raiders are not off to a particularly hot start to the 2023 NFL season, losing two of their first three games. And following their most recent loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday afternoon, star wide receiver Davante Adams let his frustration show a little bit in his postgame interview.

During his interview after the game, Davante Adams made it clear that he does not think the team is “doing things the right way to establish a winning culture.”

“It’s not my mentality to sit here and try to take all season and figure it out,” Adams said according Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “You use these early games like this to establish an identity. We’re not doing things the right way to establish a winning culture. . . . We’ve got to go out there and do it. That’s the theme of this year — doing it. Not just talking about it and figuring out what we need to do. We did all that last year. This year we gotta be about it.”

It’s a pretty blunt message to his team from the star receiver and it’s clear that he’s frustrated. We’ll have to see how the team responds to the challenge.
