The Miami Dolphins are 10-4 and look poised to capture their first AFC East championship since 2008.

With three games to play, Miami has a two-game division lead over the second-place Buffalo Bills.

Miami going to the playoffs is a foregone conclusion at this point, so it’s no surprise that the Dolphins may be looking to add some depth and experience heading into the postseason.

On Tuesday, the team hosted five-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh for a visit, first reported by ESPN’s Field Yates.

After a standout collegiate career with the Nebraska Cornhuskers that saw Suh finish fourth in the 2009 Heisman Award voting, the Detroit Lions selected him second overall in the 2010 NFL Draft. He spent the first five seasons of his career with Detroit, where he won the 2010 AP Defensive Rookie of the Year award and was named a First Team All-Pro thrice (2010, 2013, 2014).

In March 2015, the Miami Dolphins signed Suh to a six-year $114 million contract, then the richest contract in NFL history for a defensive player. He spent three years in Miami before being released in March 2018 to free up cap space.

After one season with the Los Angeles Rams, Suh signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 and was a member of the Super Bowl LV champion team.

He remained with the Rams through the 2021 season and was unsigned until November 2022 when the Philadelphia Eagles picked him up for their playoff push, just like the Dolphins seemingly are looking to do this season.
