Grady Jarrett joined the Atlanta Falcons in 2015, so the two-time Pro Bowler has seen a lot over the years.

Jarrett has been part of a Super Bowl team and part of teams that have picked in the Top 10. He’s seen the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Lately, life for the Falcons has come undone again. Atlanta lost to Baltimore on Saturday in brutal fashion. They outgained the Ravens 327-299, but still lost 17-9.

After the game, Jarrett was understandably frustrated. The Pro Bowl defensive lineman went off on a rant following the terrible defeat.

“Same s—, different year, you know what I’m saying?” Jarrett said with great frustration.

Reporter Miles Garrett asked him what he meant by that statement and the Falcons defensive lineman was ready to fire. “Yeah, you know what I’m saying? You gotta keep fighting, but everybody fight, you know what I’m saying? We gotta win some games, we gotta finish as strong as we can. But, to not even have a chance in the postseason and mess that up, it’s frustrating.”

The Falcons still had a puncher’s chance on Saturday of making the postseason. That was thanks, of course, to their terrible division. But they can no longer grab the NFC South Division Championship or even a Wild Card spot. The Falcons were officially eliminated following the defeat on Saturday.
