After signing a massive contract extension with the Cincinnati Bengals this offseason that made him the highest-paid player in the league, Joe Burrow had some pretty disappointing injury luck as he was hampered by a calf injury for the first part of the season and then suffered a season-ending wrist injury in November. But it sounds like he expects to be healthy by the time the team begins preparing for the start of the 2024 season.
During a recent press conference, Joe Burrow provided a pretty major announcement about his injury status, revealing that he expects to be “good” by the start of organized team activities in the spring.
“We’ll have to see,” Burrow said. “I think I should be good by OTAs. But, we’ll see. Pretty early on to really tell yet.”
Obviously, things can change and it’s still early on in his rehab process, but it’s a pretty significant announcement from Burrow and it led to a lot of buzz on social media as a result.

Hasn't been able to lift with the wrist or grip a football yet.

Burrow is no stranger to doing offseason injury rehab after he suffered a season-ending knee injury during his rookie season. That came just before the Bengals’ trip to the Super Bowl in 2021. The Bengals will be looking for that same sort of bounce-back performance next season.
