Miami Dolphins four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Xavien Howard is once again the subject of a lawsuit alleging disgusting crimes.
A woman dropped a lawsuit in March in which she alleged the Dolphins star gave her herpes after the basis of her lawsuit was proven to be a “literal impossibility” according to his lawyer. Now, another woman, identified only as Jane Doe, is suing Howard after accusing him of filming their sex and sharing their tape with another woman without her consent.
According to TMZ Sports, the lawsuit alleges Jane Doe first made contact with Howard in 2016 over social media and the two began dating in 2022. Shortly thereafter, Doe says another woman contacted her, concerned Howard sent her a video that showed Doe “having sex with the football player.”
The woman told Doe that Howard shared the footage with her in an attempt to “make her mad because she didn’t want to have sex with him,” according to TMZ. Doe said she’s easily identifiable in the video.
Doe alleges she contacted Howard in September 2022 about the situation and issued a cease-and-desist in October. Yet, according to Doe, another woman contacted her in April 2023 saying that Howard had sent her photos and videos of nude women because “she would not have sex with him,” according to TMZ.
Jane Doe is seeking $50,000 for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Howard intends to fight the charges in court.
