Miami Dolphins superstar wide receiver and MVP candidate Tyreek Hill missed last week’s game against the New York Jets with an ankle injury, but it sounds like the team expects him to be back on the field for this week’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.

During his press conference this week, Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel made it clear that he feels “good” about the health of his superstar wide receiver for this week’s showdown with the Dallas Cowboys.

“He’s had a good week, no setbacks,” McDaniel said during his press conference according to Pro Football Talk. “Feel good about him. We have today to work through but he’ll be out there so we’re excited about that.”

Before his injury sidelined him for last week’s game, Hill was on pace to break Calvin Johnson’s single-season receiving yards record and become the first wide receiver in NFL history to surpass 2,000 yards in a single season. He’s no longer on pace to do either of those things, but they are both still well within reach.

If he’s going to reach those goals, he will need to make up some ground with big performances in his last three games of the season.
