Odell Beckham Jr. and his pursuit for a new team added some new twists and turns on Monday. There was New York Jets coach Robert Saleh confirming interest in the Super Bowl Champion receiver. Then there was the team that Odell won that Super Bowl with, the Los Angeles Rams, who made the news wire as well.

Rams general manager Les Snead claims the team will leave the door open for a return to L.A. However, Snead said it’s entirely up to the receiver.

Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic tweeted on Monday, “Rams GM Les Snead said today that the team has ‘definitely’ kept Odell Beckham Jr. in their discussions (they have for the last year). They have outlined what they are willing to do contractually but the sense I get is all waiting to see what he eventually does. Not sensing a huge amount of urgency as Beckham Jr. will also evaluate his options as the spring continues.”

“‘I think Odell is going to have to determine his next chapter,’ said Snead. Rams have stayed in touch.”

Odell and his free-agent status have been a popular topic in the NFL world these last few months. Beckham Jr. hasn’t played a down since he tore his ACL in Super Bowl LVI. The Rams, the Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and New York Jets have all been linked to Odell Beckham Jr. at some point or another.
