Drew Brees was sacked by 49ers DL Kentavius Street on what looked like a fairly routine hit.
Somehow, the officiating crew saw it differently.

It didn’t seem like Street could do much else there to avoid it, but don’t just take my word for it. Here’s television’s Scott Van Pelt:
I don’t know what the SF defender could possibly have done. He’s rushing Brees, his momentum carries him into the QB (which is his goal) they collide with an OL and fall down.
