Stefon Diggs seems set to wear these cleats honoring Randy Moss Monday.

We’ve seen plenty of custom cleats in the last-year plus, celebrating Veterans’ Day, Christmas, Migos, and even players’ family members, and those are likely to keep expanding now that the NFL’s relaxed its footwear rules. The latest special cleats come from Minnesota Vikings receiver Stefon Diggs, who seems set to wear cleats honoring Vikings’ legend Randy Moss on Monday Night Football:

Those are certainly impressive, especially with the detail on Moss’ face. And the timing feels right too, as Moss is now an ESPN broadcaster who appears on Monday Night Countdown, the Vikings are at home Monday against the Saints, and Moss will be honored before the game by the team. The shades of purple here with the stars are cool, too.

In eight seasons with the Vikings, Moss recorded 587 catches for 9,316 yards and 92 touchdowns. Through two years in Minnesota, Diggs has 136 receptions for 1,623 yards and seven touchdowns, so he’s not quite on pace to catch Moss. Still, his accomplishments have been impressive in their own right, especially with the 84 catches for 903 yards and three touchdowns he recorded in just 13 games last year. He’s become a key contributor to the current Vikings, and it’s neat to see him honoring one of the team’s legends.
