Tom Brady might be done playing football, but he’s still protecting his Name, Image and Likeness.

The future Hall of Fame quarterback recently issued a cease and desist to two comedians who used his likeness in a sketch video produced with artificial intelligence.

Will Sasso and Chad Kultgen, who run the “Dudesy” podcast, produced the hour-long special that Brady didn’t find particularly funny.

Sasso and Kultgen acquiesced with the demand and took the video off the internet.

“Anybody on the apps right now? I’m recently single and thinking about getting on them, but here’s the problem. I’ve never been on them, I don’t really know what I’m doing,” the AI Brady told viewers in the video.

“Someone sent me a message on [the dating app] Bumble. She said, ‘You look just like Tom Brady,’ and I said, ‘I am Tom Brady.’ She said, ‘Prove it,’ so I went to her house and let a little air out of all of her footballs.”

Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, retired “for good” after a tumultuous season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers went 7-9 but still made the playoffs as the NFC South champion against the backdrop of Brady’s very public divorce from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
