Tom Brady retired from the NFL in February of last year and spent the entire 2023 season away from the game. But in a pretty shocking twist, it sounds like he still isn’t ruling out the possibility of coming out of retirement.

During a recent interview with Internet personality VicBlends, Tom Brady revealed that he would at least “pick up the phone” for some NFL teams if they called him and wanted him to come out of retirement.

“Patriots, could be Raiders, could be, you never know,” said Brady to internet personality VicBlends.

“I’m not opposed to it. I don’t know if they’re going to let me if I become an owner of an NFL team,” Brady continued. “I don’t know, I’m always going to be in good shape, always going to be able to throw the ball. To come in for a little bit, like MJ coming back, I don’t know if they’d let me but I wouldn’t be opposed to it.”

This is obviously shocking news, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media.

While Brady being a part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders would certainly complicate things, his ownership stake has not yet been approved by the league, so there isn’t much actually keeping him from unretiring.
