While being the child of a legendary superstar athlete like Tom Brady certainly has its perks – the money, the experiences, the vacations, the ability to cheer on your father at the Super Bowl – it does apparently come with some drawbacks.

Tom Brady has three children – Jack who is 15 years old, Benjamin who is 13 years old, and Vivian who is 10 years old. And while Jack is a quarterback with aspirations of playing for the University of Michigan Wolverines just like his father, Benjamin doesn’t necessarily share those same pursuits.

According to a recent Vanity Fair Magazine profile on Gisele Bündchen – the now ex-wife of Bray following a recent divorce last year – Benjamin “prefers drawing on his iPad and non-ball sports like surfing and skiing” compared to his father’s football career.

The choice of hobbies appears to be in response to some bullying he received for his father’s athletic prowess, as the article states that “the athletic pressure of being Brady’s son led to bullying in Boston after one particular baseball game.”

Obviously, it’s not fair to the children that they face extra criticism simply because of who their father is, but unfortunately for Benjamin, the world is not always fair in that regard.
