It’s been a tale of two seasons for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags have won two out of three after ending their 20-game losing streak and seem to have a few things figured out. More than anything, they appear to have put the tumultuous start to their season behind them and Urban Meyer appears to be on the same page with the players.
The Jaguars have been a bit up and down in recent weeks and don’t always seem to make a lot of sense. After getting crushed by the Seattle Seahawks without Russell Wilson, they shut down a quality Buffalo Bills team for a victory. It’s hard to know which Jacksonville team you’re going to get week by week.
That’s perhaps what Urban Meyer is thinking as well. The head coach met with reporters on Friday to discuss the team’s upcoming game against the Indianapolis Colts. His assessment of the state of the franchise sounded pretty honest and spot-on.
Jaguars coach Urban Meyer sums up his team better than anyone has this season: "The good version is really good. The bad version is really bad."

“The good version is really good,” Meyer said. “The bad version is really bad.”
If the good version comes out on Sunday, the Jaguars might win back-to-back games for the first time since 2019. If the bad version comes out, it could be a long day for the team.
