Von Miller had nothing to say when asked about an alleged assault.
When approached by reporters on Thursday, Miller had no comment after the team’s practice, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN reported.
It was also noted Miller was a full participant at practice and is expected to play on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The veteran Buffalo Bills linebacker had a warrant issued for his arrest after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend in Texas. He turned himself in and was released on Nov. 30 after posting a $5,000 bond.
His longtime girlfriend has since said no assault took place and the whole situation was blown out of proportion.
Police received a call at 11 AM that Wednesday where they responded to a “major disturbance” call where Miller and the alleged victim argued in which Miller allegedly assaulted her. He left the scene before officers arrived.
The victim wasn’t taken to the hospital, but was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Both the NFL and the Bills released statements saying they were made aware of the incident and were looking into more information.
He has yet to be formally charged of any crime.
Miller played in eight games after beginning the season on the reserve/PUP list after recovering from a torn ACL he first suffered on Thanksgiving Day last season.
