Von Miller has established himself as one of the top pass rushers and overall players in the entire NFL over the years. And with his recent attempts to chase rings by bouncing around to title contenders, Miller is inviting some comparisons to NBA star Kevin Durant – among other reasons.
This year, Miller is hosting a “Voncast” video podcast for Bleacher Report. And in the first episode, Miller took a stab at comparing various NBA stars to current NFL players. Miller compared Aaron Rodgers to LeBron James and Cooper Cupp to Steph Curry. But when it came to Durant, he had no better comparison than himself.
.@VonMiller says he’s the KD of the NFL 👀

“That would be me,” Miller said. “I love winning. I’ve just created this obsession with winning. I’m not afraid to go to another team and do it. I’ve been on super teams. Been playing football for a long time and all I want to do is win and I want to put myself in the best winning situation that I possibly can.”
But chasing rings isn’t the only reason Miller is a fitting comparison to Durant. The two-time Super Bowl champ also admitted that like Durant, he also has a burner account.
“I do,” Miller said. “Yeah, I do. I can’t give it to you because [then] it’s not a burner account anymore.”
This, of course, is in reference to Durant infamously using secret Twitter accounts to anonymously argue with fans online.

Miller and Durant may not be a perfect comparison, but based on all of that information, it’s certainly not a bad one either.
