The house from the iconic 90’s sitcom Full House could be yours as the real life full house which is featured on the show has come up for sale.

The three-bedroom house located in San Francisco is on the market for $4.15 million. Here’s how the ad lists the Victorian style home.

“1709 Broderick Street represents a unique opportunity to own a rare piece of San Francisco history. Originally constructed in 1883 this Charles Lewis Hinkel home is one of the city’s finest examples Italianate, Victorian architecture. The interior of this magnificent property is sophisticated, comfortable, and timeless with a spacious floor plan, soaring ceilings, 3 bedrooms, office and 3 1/2 baths. A large eat-in island kitchen boasts professional style appliances and overlooks the sunny, classically designed garden. Located on a picturesque, tree-lined street, 1709 Broderick is convenient to transit, shopping and dining.”

That doesn’t sound much like the Tanner’s house now does it? That’s because the Full House and it’s recent sequel series Fuller House is filmed on a soundstage. They don’t actually film the series inside the San Francisco home. It’s just shown from the outside as what’s supposed to be their San Francisco home.

The $4.15 million list price seems quite high for a family that’s supposed to be fairly middle-class. Although Danny Tanner works as a local sports and news anchor, I’m not sure that gig could pay off that kind of mortgage. The Tanners could probably solve all their financial issues by moving to a smaller, less full house in the suburbs.

The house is even painted a different color from when it was shown on the television series. A fan of the series might snatch up the home and restore it to its original condition, but considering they’d have to pay more than four million dollars for it and it doesn’t even feature the iconic inside of the series, is it really worth it?
