Earlier this month, it was revealed that pop sensation Taylor Swift broke up with her longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn. But if the latest rumors are true, it appears that the superstar could have a new boyfriend who is quite famous himself. And it appears he’s leaning into the rumors.
According to an anonymous email shared by the celebrity gossip Instagram account DeuxMoi, Taylor Swift is dating Formula One star driver Fernando Alonso.
“A couple of Spanish magazines have been posting about TS and Spanish F1 driver Fernando Alonso,” an anonymous email shared by DeuxMoi read. “According to them, the couple has been seeing each other for a week now. Nothing serious tho since they are both recently single.”
And while the news is certainly not verified, it’s pretty clear that Fernando Alonso has heard the rumors and he’s certainly not running from them or denying them.
This week, Alonso posted a video on his TikTok account featuring the Taylor Swift song “Karma.” During the part where the lyrics say “Karma is my boyfriend,” Alonso looked at the camera and winked.
@fernandoalonso Race week era😉 #F1 #F1TikTok #Formula1 ♬ karma sped up – ✨️j <3 ✨️
The video quickly went absolutely viral on social media, getting 2.8 million views and over 10,000 comments in just 24 hours.
While the rumors may or may not be true, they’re certainly causing a stir online.
