On Sunday night, United States Women’s National Team superstar Megan Rapinoe played the final match of her legendary USWNT career, helping lead the team to a 2-0 win in a friendly match against South Africa. And after the match, she had a message to the fans and the country she represented.

Following her final appearance in a USWNT uniform, Megan Rapinoe addressed the packed stadium at Soldier Field in Chicago, telling the crowd that “it has been my honor” to represent them and the United States throughout her career, before promising that she is “not going anywhere,” implying she intends to be a visible part of the team for the foreseeable future.
