We have all been upset with out cell phone provider from time to time, just how far would you take it though?

For one woman in South Florida, she had enough and was willing to go the extra mile to show her frustration.

Shinobia Montoria Wright was caught on a cell phone video plowing her vehicle into a T-Mobile store after they had refused to replace her cracked iPhone. Wright went onto damage display cases and make a mess of the store. One employee was unfortunately injured when a display case injured their knee.

Wright was arrested after the incident and will face multiple charges, one of which is aggravated battery according to the AP.

Local news station WPTV says multiple things led to Wright coming unhinged but apparently when speaking to family members, they believe that over the past year she had been getting mentally unstable. According to the assistant manager, Wright stated that it was her birthday and she was going to “bug out” if she didn’t get her way.

While the incident at face level appears to be a simple case of consumer rage gone wrong, this looks to have multiple layers to it. She was about to break for a while and this was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
