It’s only November, but it sure felt like March during Wednesday night’s Fort Myers Tip-Off Championship Game between Florida and Ohio State.
After trailing by 10 points in the second half, No. 23 Florida came back to take down Ohio State 71-68, and the Gators did so in very dramatic fashion.
With the game tied 68-68, Florida’s Tyree Appleby nailed a three-pointer from deep to beat the buzzer and give the Gators a wild victory.
Here’s how it looked and sounded on the FS1 broadcast:

Florida was a 2.5-point favorite, so that shot had big betting implications too.
The Gators improve to 5-0 in the early going, while the Buckeyes fall to 4-2.
