Tyson Fury has had one of the most insane and interesting years in heavyweight boxing history. He went from virtual unknown in the United States to beating Vladimir Klitschko to become the heavyweight champion of the world.
His craziness has also been on full display, with plenty of “interesting tweets” being sent out along the way. On Monday, the champion unleashed a profanity-laced twitter rant that included a declaration of retirement from the sport.
Boxing is the saddest thing I ever took part in, all a pile of shit, I'm the greatest, & I'm also retired, so go suck a dick, happy days.
This “retirement” announcement comes on the heels of an allegedly positive test for the markers of cocaine ahead of his scheduled rematch with Klitschko. He submitted to the test back on Sept. 22 in Lancaster, England and ESPN reported a few days ago that he had failed the urine test.
Now, suddenly the fight was off with Fury’s camp stating the fact that the champion had been “declared medically unfit.”
Fury also unleashed a video of an attorney alleging massive corruption and that Fury isn’t on drugs.

Fury has poked the bear himself with a tweet featuring himself going all sorts of Scarface and changing his Twitter name to “TYSONMONTANA” a la the movie’s protagonist:

Clearly Fury isn’t afraid to speak his mind, whether the outside world sees him as bat-nuts crazy or not.
Whatever way you want to look at it, the heavyweight boxing world is turned on its head once again by Fury.
He’ll likely be stripped of his titles and face a suspension for the positive drug test. So, suspension or retirement — Tyson Fury won’t be seen in a boxing ring for a long while, if ever again.
