Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs completed their undefeated regular season by beating the LSU Tigers  50-30 to win the SEC Championship.

Last year when the Bulldogs played for the SEC Championship, they were thumped by Alabama which would later set up a rematch between the two in the national championship game that Georgia would win.

Another thing that was different from the national championship game was that Dawgs tight end Brock Browers wasn’t drugged tested this time.

You heard correctly. The Georgia tight end admitted just before his team kicked off against Alabama for the national championship in January, he had an emergency drug test.

“It’s a little bit nicer because during the Natty I had to get emergency drug tested,” Bowers said. “It took like 30 minutes and everyone else in the locker room was having fun.”

“People all said that we weren’t going to be as good, and to do something different, win the SEC championship, keep it rolling, do something different,” he said. “It’s awesome to be a part of. It’s history. Having something to strive for and be different from last year.”

The only thing that may be different for Georgia as a team is that may not only take an SEC Championship but a national championship as well too to complete a perfect season.
