The Alabama Crimson Tide seem to be on the rise after winning their third straight game against the Mississippi State Bulldogs, 40-17.

What makes a lot of people think the Tide may be back also is Alabama head coach Nick Saban. Saban had several outbursts during the game Saturday night, to the thrill of most Alabama fans who were worried that Saban was going soft.

Saban proved everyone wrong by jumping on his team several times which helped them because, after that, they got in gear.

He explained why the changed of heart.

“Well, Miss Terry told me if we’re not playing good to get on their butt, so I just did what I was told,” Saban said, referencing his wife, Terry Saban.

You could tell Saban was a little snippy at halftime during his ESPN interview when asked why his team turned it around.

“I don’t know, did you see me get on them over there? Maybe that’s what changed,” Saban said via a halftime interview with ESPN’s Quint Kessenich. “I don’t know. You make that call.”

Saban said after the game that he was pleased by his team’s overall performance and admitted he sometimes has to kick their butt or hug their necks. It appears his team responds better to a butt-chewing by their head coach.
