We’re not even at the MLB All-Star break, and Aaron Judge already has 30 home runs.

Judge’s 30th home run came in the form of a grand slam in the New York Yankees‘ 16-0 beatdown of the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday night at PNC Park.

With the Yankees up 5-0 in the top of the eighth, Judge crushed a grand slam over the left-field wall to give New York a 9-0 lead.

That accounted for four of the 11 runs the Yankees scored over the eighth and ninth innings. Aaron Hicks added another grand slam in the Yankees with a blast vs Pirates position player Josh VanMeter in the ninth. Six different Yankees homered in the blowout victory.

Judge leads the majors with 30 home runs; the Philadelphia Phillies’ Kyle Schwarber is second with 27 home runs after hitting four blasts over the last two days (and 16 since June 1).

In addition to leading the majors in homers, Judge is currently tied for first in wins above replacement (WAR) per FanGraphs at 4.3. Who should be the Ahttps://twitter.com/Yankees/status/1544898912892424194L MVP at the moment: Judge or Shohei Ohtani?

The baseball world — and especially Yankees fans, of course — have had a lot to say about Judge reaching No. 30 in grand fashion. Here’s a peek:
