Baylor and Iowa State are playing today in Ames, and with #22 Iowa State is dominating the game on the field, frustrations boiled over a bit on this play.

That’s a rare “punch thrown around an official” from Baylor’s Greg Roberts towards Iowa State’s David Montgomery, which earned Roberts the hook:

Yeah, that’ll do it. As always, throwing punches when your opponent is wearing a helmet remains perhaps the dumbest possible thing to do, with the possible exception of throwing a haymaker right around an official’s head.
