It’s a bold move to come to the state of Ohio and disrespect the hometown Ohio State Buckeyes, but that’s exactly what Michigan graduate Rich Eisen did at the Pro Football Hall of Fame Dinner on Friday night.
During his opening speech at the NFL’s Hall of Fame dinner in Canton, Ohio on Friday night, Eisen took the opportunity to savagely troll Ohio State for its 42-27 loss to his rival Wolverines back in November.

“For your safety and for the safety of all those in attendance, please locate the nearest exit in case of emergency,” Eisen told the audience. “And if you need help locating that nearest exit, just think of yourself as a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes in the middle of the 4th quarter last November in Michigan Stadium. That’s the way you look for an exit.”
This isn’t the first time the sports broadcaster came to The Buckeye State and took a shot at Ohio State. He did the same thing at the Hall of Fame dinner last year. During his comments, the Michigan alum poked fun at Buckeye fans’ intelligence, suggesting Ohio State fans couldn’t count.
This year’s comments likely sting a little more, however, given Michigan’s beatdown over the Buckeyes back in November.
