The New England Patriots are in the midst of their worst season under head coach Bill Belichick, leading to plenty of questions about whether or not the team would be looking to fire him after this season. But Belichick doesn’t seem to want to talk about that.

During his Monday appearance on WEEI, Bill Belichick said that he has “open conversations” with New England Patriots team owner Robert Kraft about his future with the team, but he was not willing to say much more than that, suggesting that people should ask Kraft those sorts of questions instead of him.

“I think any questions you have for Mr. Kraft, you should ask Mr. Kraft. . . . I mean, I don’t know,” Belichick said according to Pro Football Talk. “I don’t sit around and listen to talk radio and read stuff every day, so. I’m going to do what I do and prepare the team to get ready for Denver.”

When asked if he would want to stay with the New England Patriots for another season, Belichick still didn’t give a firm answer, saying that he is “not getting into the past, the future, anything else.”

We’ll have to see what the future holds.
