Back in November, star free-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. caused quite a bit of controversy when he was removed from a plane by police after he allegedly refused to get off the plane and caused a scene. Beckham’s retelling of the events was much different than that of the police, and now we have a video showing everyone exactly what happened.
On Wednesday afternoon, police body cam video of the incident was released, and it showed Odell Beckham Jr. refusing to leave the plane and cursing at fellow passengers until the entire plane deboarded as a result of his actions.

During the video, you can see police, fire rescue, and the flight crew all checking on Beckham, who appears to be tired and irritated. The crews tell Beckham that he’s been “unresponsive” and one of the flight attendants claims that Beckham said he “just came from a club” and that he’s “taken something.”
Beckham can also be seen expressing his frustration to his fellow passengers, cursing and hurling insults at them as they tried to get him to leave the plane. However, he did appear to be respectful to police officers and the EMTs who were working to determine if something was wrong and officer their assistance.
At one point the police officers even check to make sure their body cameras are on, noting that “everyone is going to want to know what really happened.”
