The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may lose some fair-weather fans in the coming years after the retirement of legendary quarterback Tom Brady, but the organization has come up with a way to keep them interested.

Monday, it was reported that the Bucs are bringing back their fan-favorite “creamsicle” uniforms for the 2023 NFL season. This came after the NFL announced last year that teams would be able to wear alternate helmets again starting in 2022. The Buccaneers missed the deadline to submit their uniform set to the league for 2022, but we will see a return to the classic orange look in 2023.

The team originally wore these classic uniforms from 1976 to 1996 and brought them back for throwback games between 2009 and 2012.

These reports have garnered a ton of fans that can’t wait to see the jerseys come back in 2023.

The news of these classic uniforms coming back has also sparked fans of other teams asking for some of their most memorable jerseys of the past to make a comeback as well.

With the Bucs are bringing back a jersey of the past, the organization has to hope that the results from that era don’t come with them. Tampa was atrocious for most of the time they wore those uniforms and have won two Super Bowls since they stopped.
