Tee Higgins Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (85) catches a pass as part of a drill during Cincinnati Bengals preseason training camp at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati on Saturday, July 30, 2022. Cincinnati Bengals Training Camp 492

While Ja’Marr Chase got most of the headlines last year, Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins was dominant, as well, finishing the 2021-22 season with 74 catches, over 1,000 receiving yards, and six touchdowns. Unfortunately for Higgins, he was unavailable for the team’s last week of preseason camp, but it looks like he’s back at practice.

Ahead of the Bengals’ season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Higgins has returned to Cincinnati practice, as seen in a video shared on Twitter by James Rapien.

Higgins is entering his third NFL season after he was selected by the Bengals with the first pick in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Since then, he’s appeared in 30 games, starting 28 of them.

Naturally, with a star receiver like Higgins returning to the practice field after an injury, the NFL world had plenty to say on Twitter.

According to Rapien, it wasn’t just Higgins who returned to team practice – all 53 members of the Bengals’ active roster were healthy and practicing ahead of Sunday’s season opener.

This means that the Bengals should have a healthy starting roster to begin the 2022-23 season as they try to make it back to the Super Bowl for the second season in a row.
