The Columbus Blue Jackets shocked the world by sweeping the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-0 in the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Lightning had far and away the best record in the NHL this season, and entered the playoffs as heavy Stanley Cup favorites. So, to get swept in the first round, by an 8-seed that had never won a playoff series, was stunning.
Rather than mock Tampa Bay like everybody else has been, the Buffalo Wild Wings’ Twitter account decided to poke fun at Columbus.
“Congrats on your first ever series win, Columbus! That’s gotta take the sting out of Urban leaving.”
“Urban” is of course referring to former Ohio State head football coach, Urban Meyer. Here’s the tweet:
Congrats on your first ever series win, Columbus! That's gotta take the sting out of Urban leaving.

But that troll job is really a bit of a self-own, for a reason some Twitter users pointed out in the replies: Columbus is where Buffalo Wild Wings was founded in 1982!
When you run the twitter account but have no idea where your company started. Great job! pic.twitter.com/ljp5uP0y2Z
