USA gymnasts Laurie Hernandez and Madison Kocian won gold medals in Rio, and they showed off their amazing gymnastics skills Saturday… on the baseball field.

Kocian, a Texas native, threw out the first pitch before the Rangers-Astros game at Globe Life Park, and did a very fancy handstand before throwing a strike:

And then in New York, Hernandez — a New Jersey native — did a front flip before throwing out this first pitch at Citi Field for the Mets-Nationals game:

Definitely two of the more unique — and awesome — first pitches you will ever see, from two of America’s most remarkable athletes.
