The body camera footage from Hope Solo’s arrest back in March in a Walmart parking lot in North Carolina has surfaced, and it does not paint the United States women’s soccer legend in a flattering light.

The video shows police yanking Hope Solo from her SUV after they discovered her passed out in the driver’s seat with her vehicle running and her kids in the back seat.

Hope immediately awakes when officers knock on her door, but it doesn’t take long to ascertain that she’s intoxicated on some substance. She slurs her speech and even takes a phone call at one point.

After denying being drunk, she becomes combative with the officers as her children wail from the back seat. After a short argument, the officers remove Solo from the vehicle themselves.

Solo refused multiple sobriety tests and yelled at officers for touching her. “Oh my God! You don’t have to f—— touch me!” she can be heard screaming in the video.

Police charged Solo with three counts: Driving while impaired, resisting a public officer and misdemeanor child abuse. Solo accepted a plea deal in July when she plead guilty to the DWI charges.

The judge rendered a two-year suspended sentence and fined her for her crimes.
