The life of anyone associated with Leicester City Football Club is pretty good right now. The team with the smallest wage bill in the English Premier League is sitting atop the table as we enter the final few weeks of the season.
However, the Foxes chairman is about to up the ante a bit in celebration of his birthday. Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha is set to provide free beer and doughnuts to Leicester City supporters on Sunday during its EPL match with Southampton.
🚨 FREE 🍺 & 🍩 ALERT! 🚨
There's a free Singha beer & @krispykremeUK doughnut for every #lcfc fan at Sunday's game, courtesy of our Chairman!

And no, this isn’t an April Fools joke.

Supporters will be treated to Singha beer and Krispy Kreme doughnuts in the stadium. There’s just one catch — one beer and one doughnut per match ticket.
So, for those who don’t drink, be prepared to give away your match ticket for those who do want to get pissed at the match.
Why Singha beer? That’s because Srivaddhanaprabha is head of the Thailand-based ownership group, and Singha is a Thai beer.
The owners are connected to the club, but normally keep their distance. However, this weekend is all about celebration, and plenty of the ownership group will be in attendance against Southampton per the team’s release:
This is another very generous gesture from the owners of the Club. Mr. Vichai and Top will arrive to the UK for the game versus Southampton this weekend, and then return to Thailand on Sunday evening, just to be with us and to support the team on Sunday.
The club also has this reminder for those looking to attend and take advantage of the birthday celebration offer:
Make sure you arrive at King Power Stadium before the offer closes at 1 PM. No free drinks or doughnuts will be vended to supporters after this time.
This should make for one interesting match at the King Power Stadium, regardless of the outcome.
