Cavs’ LeBron James is known for being a physical beast. While with the Heat, he was like a bulldozer of pure muscle running up and down the court en route to two NBA titles.
That was then and this is now.
It seems James has been on one crazy no-carb diet and has seemingly lost a lot of weight as the following photo shows.

Losing muscle may hurt James but losing the added stress a heavier body puts on the human body will help prolong his career.
Look at Spurs’ Tim Duncan. He has maintained a strict diet and healthy eating lifestyle to where he is still producing on the court or San Antonio.
